Article Submissions

Articles from any area of law are welcome. The contributions should, however, be substantionally comparative law or international law related. Submissions from students are encouraged.

The publication decisions are exclusively based on quality and availability. Every submitted manuscript is subjected to peer-review by two independent reviews to ensure quality of the content of this journal.

The manuscripts should fulfill the respective criteria summarized below:

Length:

Articles 10,000 to 12,000 words

Shorter Articles 4, 000 to 6, 000 words

Reviews up to 750 words


System of Citation and Language:

Language: English with summaries either merely in English or English and French

Standard of Citation: The Australian Guide to Legal Citation (http://mulr.law.unimelb.edu.au/files/aglcdl.pdf)

This journal publishes merely original articles, i.e. articles that have not been published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript the writer declares the manuscritp to be his own, not having been published or accepted for publishing elsewhere and agrees to exclusivity of publishing in this journal (unless, in particular cases, agreed otherwise).
